Our land trust can help you arrive at a preservation plan that makes the most sense for you, and can put you in touch with attorneys, appraisers, accountants, and land planners familiar with preservation techniques.

Landowners conserving private property may be eligible for federal or state income tax deduction, or state tax credit. The project must meet the requirements of IRC §170 and the accompanying Treasury Department regulations and/or any other federal or state requirements. Please see the summary of IRC, Section 170h, or consult with your financial advisor.
