The Martell property is a 1.78-acre site on the Rush River with 135 feet of frontage on a highly prized trout stream. The site has electrical hook-up, fire-pits, and picnic tables.

Directions from I-94: Take the Baldwin exit off of 94 and then go south on Highway 63/29. Martell is just over the bridge on the north side of Highway 63 and is next to the village Town Hall.

"Pine Creek" is composed of two adjacent properties. WWLT has conserved 422 acres of floodplain forest, oak savanna and woodland, and wetland prairie within the Pine Creek watershed. WWLT is also partnered with several other organizations in an ongoing restoration project. Trout Unlimited and WWLT volunteers gather stream quality data on a regular basis to document stream improvement from the restoration.

Directions from Maiden Rock Village: Go south on Highway 35 and then east on County Highway AA. Go 3/4 of a mile. There is a gravel parking pad next to the first property. Proceed up the highway to reach the second property, which is directly north of the road.
